What kind of shipping services do you offer?

Orders are shipped via our courier services. However, if you need expedited options such as next day delivery or 2nd day air, call us at 087 073 6111 and one of our customer service agents will assist in quoting you your desired shipping method.


How long does it take for my order to ship out??

Delivery occurs within 1-6 business days depending on stock availability and the shipping location.


What is your return policy?

If we have provided you with incorrect or faulty products, our company will take full accountability and will assist you in arranging a return. Returns for correct/undamaged products are in most cases accepted though this is not always the case. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.


I would rather pick up my order to avoid shipping charges, where can I do this?

Do your products require a prescription?

Majority of our products do not require a prescription. Those that do are otherwise indicated on the website. When in doubt, you may contact us at 087 073 6111


Are there a limit to the amount of products I could buy?

There are no limits when ordering in bulk. Simply choose the quantity desired and proceed to our easy check out process. When considering a bulk order, we encourage you to confirm with our staff so that we may check inventory for you. We will otherwise contact you should any shortages occur.

We do not sell your information to 3rd parties or any other entity. We do not store your credit card information on file. All transactions on our site are encrypted with SSL technology.
