Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

If a customer orders the wrong product, it is the customer's responsibility to return the item within 3 days of receipt. The product must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

Refund Estimate Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days once the returned product is received and inspected. Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded; shipping fees are non-refundable.

The following terms would apply:

❖ There is up to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the corresponding Credit amount.

❖ Customer must bear the freight and/or postage cost for returning the product/s.

❖ Product/s should be in the same condition as when sent, that is unused and in the original box and/or packaging.

❖ Credit will be granted once the product/s is placed back into inventory.

❖ Credit applies only to the product. It does not cover original postage or freight.

❖ All international orders are final and cannot be returned.
